Welcome to Aqua Rentals, L.L.C.
Aqua Rentals, L.L.C. owns homes of all kinds in coastal North Carolina including the cities of Wilmington, Hampstead, Surf City, Rocky Point, Burgaw and Castle Hayne.
We lease these homes and we also enter into rent-to-own or purchase contracts. We enter into long term leases only. We do not have vacation rentals and we do not manage property for others.
We currently have 2 VACANCIES. When we do have vacancies, you can check our list of available rental homes or boat slips by clicking on vacancies in: Wilmington, Castle Hayne, Rocky Point, Hampstead, Burgaw or Surf City.

A $21 application fee must accompany any application. The application should be mailed to our contact address. We conduct a credit, criminal and eviction record check on all applicants.
